Why is it often advised to combine Skin Defense with Skin Secure?
The most optimal support requires nutrients that are difficult to combine in a single tablet or capsule. That is why they are produced separately from each other. You can take them at the same time.
Can I use the full dose immediately?
Although this usually goes well, we still recommend starting with 1 tablet and gradually building up the dose. The products contain hardly any fillers, but very many active ingredients of high concentration. It is therefore better to start the dose slowly.
