Ordered before 23:59 shipped same day
For supplements in the Netherlands and Belgium, if an order is placed before 23:59 PM it will be shipped the same day. On Saturdays and Sundays this is before 20:00 PM and also for the other countries in Europe.
We ship skin care products the same day if ordered before 16:00 PM on Monday to Friday
More than 95% of our orders are shipped the same working day. It may happen that a product sells very quickly and is out of stock. In most cases, an order has already been placed with our supplier to replenish stock. Your order will then be shipped 1 to 3 working days later.

Always check the shipping address entered
You will always receive confirmation from us by email when the order has been placed. Always check whether the address details have been entered correctly. We cannot be held liable if an incorrect address has been entered and the package is lost as a result.
Payment methods
We offer free payment methods for every country. A surcharge may apply for some payment methods such as credit card, Paypal and Klarna
Klarna Postpay for some countries
Klarna leads the way Skins Unlimited the entire post-payment process. This means that you will receive a digital invoice from Klarna via email to pay for the purchased product(s).
Not at home on delivery
If you are not at home, the postman may return a day later, deliver it to the neighbors or you may have to pick it up at the nearest collection point.
Packages that are not picked up or cannot be delivered
For packages that are not collected at the collection point or cannot be delivered, we charge € 9,95 administration costs.
No customs fees
For all countries within the European Union there are no additional customs costs and taxes
