Golden Naturals Multi Strong Gold Mama is highly absorbable due to the bioactive ingredients. 'Bioactive' means that the body does not have to convert the substance first: the active substance can do its job immediately and thus has an optimal return. The ease of use has also been considered, so that you only have to take your multivitamins at one time of the day. In addition, the multis contain vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P5P). This is the bioactive form of B6; the body can absorb it directly. As a result, the effectiveness is optimal and a low dose is sufficient.
