User Golden Naturals Babydophilus Probiotic Powder

• For pregnant women (last 3 months of pregnancy): 3 times a day 1 level small teaspoon (= +/- 1,3 grams) dissolved in half a glass of lukewarm water, let stand for at least 15 minutes, stir and drink or add to fruit juice or yogurt . Preferably take on an empty stomach or before going to sleep.
• For children (from birth): 1x daily 1 level small teaspoon (= +/- 1,3 grams) dissolved in boiled and cooled water and let stand for 15 minutes. Stir well after dissolution, add to warm formula or expressed breast milk, shake and do not leave for more than 5 minutes.
