Golden Naturals Multi Strong Gold Mama is especially for women in the phase before, during and after pregnancy (while breastfeeding). Special and important periods in which the health of the (expectant) mother and the child deserve optimal attention. This multi supplements possible increased needs with specific care for the (unborn) baby.

It contains, among other things, a generous daily dose of iron to maintain good iron levels in the blood. Folic acid, vitamin B2, B6, B12 and vitamin C help with fatigue. To support the immune system, Golden Naturals Multi Strong Gold Mama contains a biologically active form of folic acid (folate). The Health Council recommends the use of folic acid (folate) when wanting to have children and during pregnancy.

Golden Naturals Multi Strong Gold Mama is very easy to absorb due to the bioactive ingredients. 'Bioactive' means that the body does not have to convert the substance first: the active substance can do its work immediately and thus has optimal efficiency. Ease of use has also been taken into account, so that you only have to take your multivitamins at one time of the day. In addition, the multis contain vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P5P). This is the bioactive form of B6; the body can absorb it immediately. This ensures optimum effectiveness and a low dose is sufficient.
