  • As a starting dose, take 1 capsule 3 times a day with water.
  • This recommended amount may also be taken in one go.
  • If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 capsule per day.

  • Children from 3 years to 12 years: squeeze 1 capsule per day into fruit juice and drink immediately.

All ingredients

Fish oil (fish), bovine gelatin (capsule shell), gelling agent (glycerin), vitamin E (D-alpha tocopheryl acetate), water. The fish species, anchovies, comes from the North Pacific Ocean and is caught sustainably under controlled conditions.
