Golden Naturals Multi Woman contains biologically active substances for optimal absorption

All Golden Naturals multis are very easy to absorb due to the biologically active ingredients. 'Biologically active' means that the body does not have to convert the substance first: the active substance can do its work immediately and thus has optimal efficiency.
