Golden Naturals Multi Strong Gold contains all important vitamins and minerals in a high dose in a bioactive, therefore easily absorbable form. Golden Naturals Multi Strong Gold is especially for men and women from 18 to 60 years. The composition has been chosen as much as possible for optimally absorbable substances and compounds, in an optimal ratio and dosage.

Vitamin B6, B11 (folate), vitamin B12, vitamin C and vitamin D3 ensure the maintenance of good resistance. Vitamin B2, B6, B11, B12 and vitamin C support fatigue. Vitamin B1, B2, B6 and B12 and vitamin C are good for the nervous system. Vitamin B1, B6, B11, B12 and vitamin C support mental functions and mood. Think of memory and concentration or feelings of stress and tension. Some other nutrients have been added to this multi, such as zeaxanthin, lutein and coenzyme Q10.

Golden Naturals Multi Strong Gold is complete and very easily absorbed due to the bioactive ingredients. 'Bioactive' means that the body does not have to convert the substance first: the active substance can do its work immediately and thus has optimal efficiency. Ease of use has also been taken into account, so that you only have to take your multivitamins at one time of the day. In addition, Golden Naturals Multi Strong Gold contains vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P5P). This is the bioactive form of B6; the body can absorb it immediately. This ensures optimum effectiveness and a low dose is sufficient.
