Golden Naturals Multi Senior is highly absorbable due to the biologically active ingredients. 'Biologically active' means that the body does not have to convert the substance first: the active substance can do its job immediately and thus has an optimal return. The ease of use has also been considered, so that you only have to take your multivitamins at one time of the day. In addition, contains Golden Naturals Multi Senior vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P5P). This is the biologically active form of B6; the body can absorb it directly.
