Curcumin BCM-95 what exactly is that?

BCM 95® Curcumin is formulated with turmeric oil. It is a curcuminoid complex with more than 95% curcuminoids that is better absorbed than the curcuminoids in a standard turmeric supplement. Because of these extra additions, it is no longer necessary to take a turmeric supplement together with pepper.

Curcumin BCM-95 is an extract from the turmeric plant and contains the active ingredients curcumin and other curcuminoids, which are responsible for the possible health benefits of turmeric.
