The Medik8 Smooth Body Exfoliating Kit is a complete body care set designed to revitalize rough, dry or bumpy skin. This three-phase kit combines chemical and mechanical exfoliation with deep hydration to improve skin texture and reveal silky-smooth skin.

Medik8 Smooth Body Exfoliating Kit contents:

  • Smooth Body Scrub (150 ml): A rich, creamy scrub with lactic acid and natural exfoliants such as bamboo particles and pumice stone to remove dead skin cells.

  • Smooth Body Mitt: A double-sided exfoliating glove that helps remove dry, flaky skin and unclog hair follicles.

  • Smooth Body Lotion (200 ml): A lightweight lotion with a powerful blend of lactic acid, salicylic acid and urea to exfoliate and hydrate the skin.

Skin types / Skin problems

Suitable for :

  • All skin types, including sensitive skin

  • Persons with keratosis pilaris

  • Skin with a rough or uneven texture

  • Preparing for self-tanner or correcting self-tanner errors

Ideal for skin problems such as:

  • Keratosis pilaris (bumpy skin)

  • Dry, flaky skin

  • Ingrown hairs

  • Uneven skin tone and texture

NB: Consult a doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding due to the salicylic acid content.

Ingredients

  • Lactic acid (12%): An AHA that gently exfoliates and hydrates the skin.

  • Salicylic acid (2%): A BHA that penetrates deep into the pores to reduce blockages.

  • Urea (7%): Hydrates and softens the skin by attracting moisture.

  • Moringa butter: Rich in antioxidants and supports the skin barrier.

  • Squalane: Restores the skin barrier and retains moisture.

  • Shea butter: Intensively nourishes and softens the skin.

  • Bamboo Particles & Pumice Stone: Natural exfoliants that remove dead skin cells.

Usage

Step 1: Scrub

  • Bring the Smooth Body Scrub Apply to dry skin before showering or bathing.

  • Massage over the skin in circular motions.

  • Leave on for up to 5 minutes and then rinse.

Step 2: Mitt

  • Use the Smooth Body Mitt to gently massage the scrub into the skin.

  • Use dry for a more intense exfoliation or moist for a milder treatment.

  • Rinse the glove regularly and let it air dry.

Step 3: Lotion

  • Apply after showering or bathing Smooth Body Lotion on dry skin.

  • Massage with gentle, circular movements.

  • Use daily for optimal results.

NB: Use the kit 2-3 times a week. When exposed to the sun, the use of sunscreen is recommended.
