How do I use Crystal Retinal

1. Apply a small amount over the face and neck in the evening after cleansing before applying the regular Medik8 night cream
2. Crystal Retinal application should be applied gradually. Apply 2 times a week for the first 2 weeks, then every other day for the next 2 weeks, and every day thereafter
3. Always use sun protection during the day while using this product at night and for a week afterwards
4. Leave it on in the evening before applying a rich night cream for extra moisture
