The correct dosage of CBG oil may differ per person. Needs and body weight determine optimal intake. However, we have a handy guideline for your dosage. Drip the CBG oil under the tongue twice a day. Start with 1 to 3 drops. Depending on your needs, the number of drops can be increased or you can choose to dose it three times a day. Drop under the tongue, hold it in your mouth for a moment and swallow, possibly followed by a sip of water.
