Orders placed before 5:00 PM on Monday to Saturday will be shipped the same day within the Netherlands and Belgium.
For other European countries: ordered before 3:00 PM = shipped the same day.
More than 95% of our orders are shipped the same working day. It may happen that a product sells very quickly and is out of stock. In most cases, an order has already been placed with our supplier to replenish stock. Your order will then be shipped 1 to 3 working days later.

We ship your order quickly and reliably with renowned carriers such as DHL, PostNL and DPD. The carrier is automatically chosen based on speed and destination, so that your package is delivered as quickly as possible.

Always check the shipping address entered
You will always receive confirmation from us by email when the order has been placed. Always check whether the address details have been entered correctly. We cannot be held liable if an incorrect address has been entered and the package is lost as a result.
Klarna Achteraf betalen voor sommige landen
Klarna voert voor Skins Unlimited the entire post-payment process. This means that you will receive a digital invoice from Klarna via email to pay for the purchased product(s).
Not at home upon delivery
If you are not at home, the postman may return a day later, deliver it to the neighbors or you may have to pick it up at the nearest collection point.
Packages that are not collected or cannot be delivered
For packages that are not collected at the collection point or cannot be delivered due to errors in the address and are therefore returned, we charge € 9.95 administration costs.
